The Lieferando Workers Collective (LWC) is the largest self-organized group for couriers — the majority of whom are migrants — in Germany. 80% of the German food delivery app platform business runs through Lieferando. The LWC represents approximately 30% of Lieferando couriers in Germany.
We are the Nordbayern (and Ingolstadt) branch of the LWC who are focused on directly employed Lieferando drivers. Our goal is to represent the local delivery drivers during the upcoming Works Council elections.
We need YOUR support to achieve a strong Works Council to be able to provide better working conditions.

Date of the election
The election will take part on 15th of May 2026 between 11:00 and 18:00.
Location for in-person voting
The in-person voting will take place at:

Mail-in Voting
Mail in voting will be possible until the date of the election using the ballots that will be sent out on 08.05.2025. Any ballot that arrives after the day of the election is not valid. You can bring it in-person or have someone bring it as well.
If you need assistance on filling out the mail-in ballot do not hesitate to contact us, we can help over the phone or even in-person.
